£18,000 for 3 days / 24 hours a week. (Equivalent to £30,000 pro rata)

Ffenest Siop is a unique and innovative platform by Llais Cymru. Ffenest Siop aims to help the Welsh language and the local economy to flourish side by side, in communities throughout Wales. Established in 2020, Llais Cymru is a bilingual marketing and PR company that helps businesses and organisations in Wales and beyond to shine, reach more customers, and boost sales.
The Job
We’re looking for a people’s person who’s passionate about Wales and the Welsh language. This enthusiastic individual is as proud as we are to be helping and promoting businesses, services and the local economy. They will be responsible for implementing the marketing strategy for Ffenest Siop, including digital marketing, managing and updating the website and face-to-face marketing. The individual will receive support from, and be part of the friendly and vibrant team at Llais Cymru.
Main responsibilities
Implementing the marketing strategy in accordance with the brand and the operational schedule, to reach the specified targets.
Main point of contact for our customers.
Manage and update the website.
Manage and create written and visual content for social media.
Collect data for the project manager and our customers.
Essential Skills
A people’s person. A friendly individual who’s confident communicating in person, online and on the phone.
An organised, creative and self-motivatedindividual.
The ability to communicate and write confidently in Welsh.
Previous marketing experience.
Confident in online marketing and creating eye-catching and engaging content.
Passionate about seeing Wales and the Welsh language prosper.
A good knowledge of Wales.
Desirable Skills
Prior experience of working on websites.
Graphic design skills.
Filming and editing skills.
Work pattern
3 days/ 24 hours a week including lunch hours.
This role can be done from home in any part of Wales.
In line with Llais Cymru’s flexible working policy, this role includes a flexible working pattern to support individuals with care/personal commitments, but the work needs to be implemented between 9am and 6pm, between Monday and Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work could arise, this would be discussed and scheduled in advance.
It will be essential to attend in person meetings from time to time, in onvce of the ARFOR communities. Dates and times will scheduled in advance with the Project Manager.
